This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relations and Member Outreach Specialist, based in Beirut, Lebanon. The role focuses on developing and managing structured outreach strategies aimed at engaging potential member firms, nurturing relationships, and strengthening the organization’s professional network.
The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing targeted communication and outreach initiatives, preparing professional outreach and informational materials, managing external communications, and supporting relationship-building efforts with prospective member firms, partners, and key stakeholders. A core component of the role is actively managing relationships through structured customer/member relationship processes, ensuring timely follow-up, continuity of engagement, and long-term relationship development.
The role also involves coordinating messaging across platforms, supporting strategic growth and membership initiatives, and ensuring consistent positioning of the organization’s value proposition. Effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and methodologies is essential to track outreach activities, manage contacts and pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making.
Close collaboration with internal teams is required to ensure outreach activities are aligned with organizational objectives, branding, quality standards, and long-term growth strategy.
Design marketing and communication materials for digital and print use (social media, presentations, reports, brochures, website visuals, etc.).
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets.
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Create layouts, graphics, and visual concepts that clearly communicate messages.
Prepare final design files for digital publication and print production.
Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
