Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relations and Member Outreach Specialist, based in Beirut, Lebanon. The role focuses on developing and managing structured outreach strategies aimed at engaging potential member firms, nurturing relationships, and strengthening the organization’s professional network.

The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing targeted communication and outreach initiatives, preparing professional outreach and informational materials, managing external communications, and supporting relationship-building efforts with prospective member firms, partners, and key stakeholders. A core component of the role is actively managing relationships through structured customer/member relationship processes, ensuring timely follow-up, continuity of engagement, and long-term relationship development.

The role also involves coordinating messaging across platforms, supporting strategic growth and membership initiatives, and ensuring consistent positioning of the organization’s value proposition. Effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and methodologies is essential to track outreach activities, manage contacts and pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making.

Close collaboration with internal teams is required to ensure outreach activities are aligned with organizational objectives, branding, quality standards, and long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outreach communications, relationship management, or professional networking initiatives
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including:
    • Managing contact databases and relationship pipelines
    • Tracking outreach activities and follow-ups
    • Supporting structured engagement and retention strategies
  • Strong skills in public relations, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to craft clear, professional outreach messages, presentations, and informational materials
  • Proficiency in strategic communications, brand positioning, and value proposition articulation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional business context
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with professional services firms, networks, or membership-based organizations is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets.

  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.

  • Create layouts, graphics, and visual concepts that clearly communicate messages.

  • Prepare final design files for digital publication and print production.

  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.

  • Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).

  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

  • Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
